From Paris to Milan, London to New York, Neal has graced the covers of elite magazines, been seen on billboards for the top campaigns, and strutting down the catwalk for the hottest international designers such as Versace, Armani, Valentino and the like!

In 1995, Neal established the worlds first and only exclusive Career Management Program based in Vienna, Austria... BASE Model Career Management. From here, Neal discovered, promoted and personally managed many of the worlds finest international models and supermodels!
